Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
need help big time
in january 2007 a Juvenile Domestic Judge made a no contact order between my girlfriend And I. Later in march she told the police I was selling drugs, they gave her a camera to bust me, i was arrested with a serious felony charge. How can the police encourage her to knock on my door with a no contact issued by a judge, is'nt that putting her in harms way? Do I have a civil suite?

If the order were still in place, you might make an argument, but I doubt you would get very far with this this or a civil suit.
