Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I bought an android tablet on ebay from china (no name brand) and want to sell it.
it has no purpose for my job. I started thinking that google hasn't authorized this tablet to exist, is it legal for me to own or sell? You can find these tablets all over ebay. I have an interested buyer but I would like to get clarification. First and foremost I want to make sure I am not violating the law criminaly.

"Violating the law criminally"? No, I don't think so, at least not on the facts
as described (in my opinion).
