bounce check
I bounce a check that was set up over the phone two month ago. the amount of the check was 158.38 my question to you . what is the law on returned checks? I was told that it will be sent friday to my city as bounce collection. do I have time to paid it off after friday.

You should make the check good by Friday(not after) and then hold your breath that there aren't any further adverse consequences beyond bounced check fees.
