Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My boyfriend has been charge with distributing meth and a convicted felon with a gun non violent. We have to move so we want to move in with my daughter in another county. He is out on a $2500.00 bond. My question is can he leave this county and move to that one. It is about 60 miles away.

You would have to check the conditions of bond to be sure, but normally the only geographic restriction has to do with whether or not he may leave the Commonwealth of Virginia. If in doubt, call the bondsman.
