Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

My boyfriend was sentenced over 3 months ago for robbery and abduction, he asked me to find him a lawyer that does writs forms, in order for him to be transfered to a prison and finish doing his time. What is a Writs form? and how can I find one?

I was talking this over with my colleague ovre the last couple of days, and we are really not certain what you are asking. Of course, we can do this work. We are located out of Asbhurn, virginia in Northern Virginia and are also active around Richmond, Virginia.

However, I am nost sure why you would want to do this. If he is sitting in a "jail" as opposed to prison, he would really not want to be transferred to a prison. Things are usually much more unpleasant in a true prison than in a jail.

I am not sure if he is concerned about whether his sentence starts running. We would have to look at hte paperwork for his case. But I believe that his time is almost certainly running now, whether he is in jail or in prison. So I am not sure if there is really a problem to be solved. I would need to understand exactly what he is trying to accomplish.

Also, if he is looking at significant jail time, he should probably talk to INSTANT LAW PARTNERS and see if his conviction might be challenged on the grounds of legal defects.
