Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

If my boyfriend told me to go to the atm because he thought he was going to jail, to take out money to pay for the household bills, will i be convicted of credit card fraud charges, in which i was arrested and charged with? Mind you, he gave me all three pin numbers to his accounts, and he didn't press charges until 7wks after the fact because i wouldn't accept him back in my life.

Well, apparently, you've already been arrested and a conviction is

normally possible after an arrest (even though it may not appear likely).

The lawyer whom you must have retained by now to represent you (or

had the court appoint) should be in the best position to address the issue

of whether you may be convicted on the facts described.
