Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My Boyfriend Violated his probation by not following up with his PO one last time after his probation was up. he is in Jail now in VA but his Conviction was in NC and was transferred here where is Lives in VA. the charge that he got probation for is his ONLY charge or 22 yrs what are his chances? will he be able to explain to the judge that he did what was asked through that year and stayed out of trouble he just made a simple mistake. will it be bad for him?
