Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Breaking in a pool
Hi, i'm a minor (15 years of age) and recently me and my friends have snuck into a pool, and they vandalized it. Total cost of the damage is 54,000 dollars, and i was a witness, i didnt do anything but watch. Now, evidentally, they found out, and now, they want all of the people who vandalized the pool to go down tomorrow on Friday, June 27th, at 2:00 PM to have a chat with them. All they know is the story and my nick name, they dont know anything else. Is there enough evidence to prove that i was there and i have to come down to the meeting? A quick and detailed response would be helpful. Thanks so much.

My advice: Keep your mouth shut and don't go anywhere near that meeting.
