Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Breathalyzer
i was breathalyzed and the officers did not show me the readings. Even when i asked them to show me the readings, they refused, then charged me with underages possession of alcahol. (the only alcahol that was ellegedly in my posession was in my blood) Did the officers operate properly or no?

When your case comes up for a hearing in general district court, your attorney should be able to make that determination---after discussing the matter with the prosecutor and reviewing the Commonwealth's evidence against you.
