my brother got charge with a discribution charge n a possecion charge of cocain

ok my brother got charge for carrying n once of cocain with him bcuz of and undercover setting him up by calling him to ask him to sell him some drugs n he told dem he didnt have any but he knew some one so he call the person n the person had some so they decide to meet and when they got there the undercovers arrested him and they let the real drug dealer go after that he got out on bond when to all his courts except his last one and he became a fugitive ,after one year he got arrested in texas for not having and id and he was held for 5 month until virginia pick him up and now he is awaiting trial but he also have a hold by imigration is it possible for him to make a plee for him to get deported instead of prison time and also when he got arrested he got beat by the police officer n den they press charges on him saying the he hit a police officer so is a new charge he has and i wanna know if is possible to get aclu lawyer to represent him in his case since i dont have that much money n i am his only relative in the united states

As far as I know, Virginia criminal justice authorities don't make the kind of deals you've referenced, i.e., convicted felons who are in the U.S. illegally are expected to first serve their time in a Virginia jail or penitentiary and then be deported.

And, I rather doubt that the ACLU would be interested in becoming involved in your brother's criminal defense effort.
