Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My brother is being charged with Felony eluding, Felony Possession of a Firearm while eluding, and Grand Larceny.
He only has one previous charge. It was possession of marijuana but he was a minor. So he's not a felon.
I was wondering what are the minimum punishments and fines for the charges he's faced with. Thanks.

These are all very serious charges which could result in a penitentiary
sentence for your brother if he's convicted of one or more of them, but for
anything more specific regarding his situation, you should ask your brother's
attorney whom hopefully he has acquired by now to represent him.
