Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

My Brother

My brother is being charged with malitious wounding against his 16mo old son, We as a family and friends know that there is no way he could ever intentionately hurt his son. I have in the past and will continue to trust him with the care of my own children. His wifes grandmother wants to take the child from them and is so far ding a good job of it. CPS and Lawenforcment have lied to them both. He was arrested on a friday and was put in to jail with no bond. So his wife doesn't have her husband or her child. Is there anything we can do to help him get out, get these charges dismissed, and get thier son back..

Re: My Brother

There is probably a lot that can be done for him. The first step is to post the bond and get him out of jail. As far as the next move, an attorney would have to review the arrest papers before telling you what the next step it. Your welcome to call or email for more questions. Robert Johnston

Why, yes, of course, there is something that you can do to assist your brother with his legal predicament: make sure that he has a competent criminal defense counsel to represent him in this matter.
