Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
i was busted for a drug charge in 2009 i took a plead bargain that dropped it to misameanor i had money in my pocket that they took i just recieved a call stating they are returning it to me cause i didnt have a distribution charge is this for real?

Yes, quite possibly, if it's truly the prosecutor and/or police department
who have been calling you, but why not call them back to verify it
one way or the other?
