Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
capias Issued
Charges went before a grand jury and I was indited on three addittional charges. Capias was issued although I am out on bond (I guess for the new charges). I have a court date coming up. Can I file some typ of motion to have the capias removed since I have an upcoming court date. Any insight will help.

Re: capias Issued
Hire an attorney. The attorney will probably deal with it directly with the judge at the court date. Thank you.
