carnal knowledge
18 year old male had sex with 14 year old girlfriend She gave consent and her mom did too Mom was only conderned with using protection.Health dept. turned me in when gf went there with mom for birth controll patch..Is there anyway with mom knowing and consenting to this for me to get off of this charge..thank you

No, neither the 14 year old minor nor her mother is legally capabable of giving her consent to this type of criminal abuse of a minor.
