is there a case

my boss told me if i didn`t come into the office and tell him about the sectaries exhusban with who i am an acquaintance then he would fire me he then recorded the conversation and called her exhusban and told him i have a tape of my employee telling me you called him asking for drugs we are going to take you to court and get you kids took from you then her exhusban now wants to fight me because of it i think there is black male there and maby by him then calling the exhusban and putting it in his face and threatening to take his kids there was some law broken
