Case a Commonwealth Atorney could use for prosecution
I am trying to cite a case from the VA W VA Digest that could be used against a client for prosecution by a Commonwealth Attorney, that has been charged with violating Section 18.2-81 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.

Re: Case a Commonwealth Atorney could use for prosecution
S18.2-81, a Class 4 felony or, in the alternative,
a Class 1 misdemeanor in the Virginia criminal
code, prohibits and penalises the deliberate burning or destroying of "standing grain or
other crop".
However, you will have to do your own legal
research to discover the case that you are seeking, or, in the alternative, pay someone to find it for you.
