Do i have a case

robbery happened at a BP Gas station and security cameras where not working properly to capture. Can i sue the service station?

Sure, you could sue, but whether you could possibly prevail in your civil claim for damages against this gas station would require the evaluation of many more relevant facts connected with the incident.
