Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I did a casting with a girl yesterday, Full sex. She is now threatening to press charges against me. I have decided not to use her, she just wasn't what i need. I used a condom, but she took a pic of my license plate. Is there a law in VA that makes casting illegal, or promising money in the future to do the casting? I have looked and cant find anything. Any info is greatly appreciated.

If this girl were to take this scenario to a local magistrate or commonwealth's

attorney, my sense of it is that they could probably make at least

one criminal charge out of it for which you could be arrested.
