Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Chances in court
My ex-employer hired a private detective to see if I had been stealing from them. He found no evidence and had to go the actual courthouse to get a warrant for my arrest. After being processed I was released with no bond set. With this knowledge, what are my chances of anything happening to me when I go to court?

Re: Chances in court
If your former employer succeeded in getting a warrant for your arrest, he must have had enough
evidence to convince a magistrate that there was sufficient probable cause to believe that you had in fact committed the crime alleged.
Better see a competent criminal defense counsel about this matter who should be able to provide an answer to your question.
