Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was charge with assault on a female, but she said she didn't want to take it to court she wants to drop it. I had my arrangement today and have to go back in February of 2013. What should I do, I am on probation now because this happen before.

Get a lawyer ASAP to represent you and, NO, the alleged victim
has no determinative say-so as to whether a criminal charge will be dropped, once the charge has been filed. That decision lies with
the local prosecutor's office which in light of your previous conviction
in a similar matter would be unlikely to be inclined to drop anything
(in my opinion).
