Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
i was charge with grand larceny at first but they reduce it to simple tresspassing hoping it would not hurt me of finding a job but it is hurting me no one will hire me bcause of it the lawyer was a court appointed and told me i had no creditability there was no evidence just her words vs mine now i have to pay $785 of fines. i call the police and told them i did not take the money only because i was getting unemployment. her son was an police officer

If you've already pled guilty and been sentenced (convicted) for a lesser crime
(trespassing), I'd say you're now very likely without a remedy.
