Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
i was charged with abduction against my girlfriend. i caught her in a car doing drugs and i freaked out and pulled her out of the car, she didnt want to go with me at first, but then decided to. i was wondering what do you think is going to happen when i go to court?

Hard to say at this point, but everything in terms of the strength of
the Commonwealth's case would obviously seem to hang on the
credibility of their chief witness and her willingness to appear and
testify against you, i.e., your girlfriend.
