I am charged with distribution ot marijuana and contributing to a minor. Do I qualify for first offenderr law? I have not ever been in any trouble in my entire life. Could you tell me how much time am I going to have to serve?

Yes, you should qualify for a disposition under Va. Code Sec. 18.2.257.
Probably, none, if you mean time actually served in the local slammer--provided you complete as required all of the conditions of your probation.
