Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I been charged with domestic violence in n.c i live in va now. I know i cant own a firearm but can i legally bow hunt? Bc even felons can bow hunt

(Assuming you were convicted of this charge), bows under the law are not considered firearms and therefore bow hunting should not pose a legal problem for you (in my opinion).
