Charged with embezzleing for a friend
I am 16 and was summons to court in Fredericksburg, Va on charges of embezzleing for a friend, My friend is also charged, he paid for the Items, but they are still charging us. What is going to happen to me, when it was his doings, but I helped? Thank you...J Hume

You should have a competent criminal defense attorney to represent you in this matter.
If you or your parents cannot afford to hire one,
then you should request that the court appoint you one.
