Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Being charged with grand larceny phone theft gf phone was in my lap we was arguing in her truck at a stop light then she slapped me so i jumped out of the truck and her phone probably fell out now she is accusing me of stealing it and i have to go to court what can i do i have evidence of her violent ways and witnesses

Same answer as before, i.e., you need a lawyer, and if you can't afford to hire
one on your own, then ask the court to appoint one for you. (Needless to say,
defending against a formal charge of grand larceny is nothing
you want to attempt to do on your own (pro se without a lawyer).
