Can i be charged with grand larcney if i was not seen taking the money?

Yes. A person can be convicted based on circumstantial evidence, so long as the evidence excludes any reasonable chance of innocence. Direct evidence, on the ther hand, is defined as eyewitness evidence. In your situation, there is no direct evidence, but circumstantial evidence of guilt exists. The commonwealth must prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt, in either situation. If they can't do that, then you will be acquitted. See my website for more details on the criminal process.
