Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I have been charged with a misdemeanor class 1 for petit larceny less than $200 and felony class 5 for possession of burglarious tool on the same day. My record is clean so what are my chances in this situation. I have a preliminary hearing shortly. Will I be sentenced to jail or be fined or both ?
