Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was charged with possession of paraphernalia in Virginia and sentenced to 6 months in jail with 6 months suspended jail time under the condition that i do not get into trouble for 3 years. Is this sentence fair? I thin 6 months in jail is a lot over a paraphernalia charge.

Since the sentence was suspended, it's probably reasonable, but if you felt otherwise, you could've gone to trial.
