i am being charged with reckless handling of a firearm (class 1 misdemeanor), discharging same within city limits (class U), and unlawful disposal of dead animal (class 4) in the state of Virginia. what am i looking at in a worst case scenario and what is the likely outcome if i can find a good defense attorney?
