Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was charged with reckless handling of a firearm but wasn't read my rights. Can my case be thrown out because of that.

No, since the prosecutor assigned to your criminal case more than likely has other
evidence sufficiently compelling (other than what you may have told the police
during your "unmirandized" status that would be enough to convict you of this
offense.
