Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was charged with a 1st class misdemenor - oral threat to a school employee based on a hear say case. I plead innocent but the judge found me guilty because the person said they were scared and not becasue he though i would do something. The person was white and i was black. Is there anyway that i can get this expunged from my record.

If it has been less than ten days you can appeal the case. There are also motions to reconsider. It is my opinion the conviction cannot be expunged.
