Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
i was charged with a U felony can that be expunged from my records in anyway so that i can get a better job i had never been in trouble before in this happen about 5 years ago... i just want to be able to get a better job

No, neither records of felony convictions nor those of misdemeanors can be expunged in the Commonwealth unless the convicted one can prove that s/he was wrongfully convicted and consequently has received a pardon from the governor. (See Va Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
