Charges
How can you convict some one when you don't have evidence and you give them 35 years and the co- defendant pleas guity to all charges and is facing 27 years.

I agree with what the Mr. Hendrickson said. Someone obviously thought there was enough evidence to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Also it is common that a person who plead guilty got less time. It is called a plea bargin.
