i was charges with a felony bad check which was paid the amount 27.64 commonwealth choose felony cause ive had 6 which were mism. and paid i dot a direct indictment to circuit court in paliminary it was dismissed could i beat this
i got a court appointed lawyer which wasnt the same one i had in my palimanary should i pay for one
