Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

What charges can I file and how can I correct this?

I was threatened into pleading guilty to a felony charge that is a misdem in VA and I had no record. I have an email that the prosecutor sent to my attorney with the threat in writing, and other evidence involving other threats by DA. The victim in this case is an attorney and she filed false charges. She told police I visited her home something I have evidence proving never occurred. In her victim impact statement she even made comments that showed it never happened. The charge that they threatened me into involved emails sent over myspace. The evidence they used in this case was bits and pieces of these emails that the victim printed and handed to the police. The police damaged my computer and I have my attorney on tape admitting they didn't even get it back from forensics when they sentenced me, and victim deleted all emails at start of case so there was no other evidence. I can prove the printouts were fabricated, it is so obvious that I can't believe investigators didn't notice it. In her handwriting she has written what she claims were two different emails sent on different months, but they are in fact the same email. The dates on all emails do not match. We told attorney this and he did nothing. Much more involved in this.

What felony charge(that is also a misdemeanor)did you plead guilty to

and why would you enter such a plea to a very serious offense which you supposedly did not commit? (To claim that you were threatened into taking such a plea simply makes no sense.)
