child sexual abuse
What is the statue of limitation for cases that happend several years ago and how to file a report for rape or child sexual molestation that happened over 20 years ago? What can be done about this now? Will the criminal still be punished for what he did? What does victim have to do to get justice now?

You won't likely get justice now. You should call the local prosecutor's office and local victim-witness advocate. Good luck.
