Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have city inspectors walking from the city sidewalk up into my driveway approximately 35' and standing beside a bedroom window to hold a camera up above my 5' fence and take photograqphs.
There are "POSTED" and "NO TRESPASSING" signs everywhere. Their supervisors are telling them this is legal. I feel this is trespassing and incitement. This is in Virginia.

So, for what ostensible purpose are these city inspectors holding a camera above your 5' fence near a bedroom window and taking photographs?
