Before I spend money on cdl training I am guilty of a class c misdemeanor in AZ. also can I own a firearm the class c is for assault-intent/ reckless/injure

The ownership/possession of firearms in the Commonwealth of Virginia is prohibited by law to those persons convicted of felony offenses rather than of misdemeanors.
