Class felony
What is Class U felony? And if it says embezzlement on the paper, and ur a 1st time offense what does the outcome be?

A U felony stand for "unclassified". For an embezzlement, it carries a penalty from 1yr to 20 yrs. You need to talk to an attorney who can advise you what your sentencing guidelines would be and the best way to handle your case.
