Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

We both want to drop the charges on the joint warrents. The warrents involve the common wealth of VA. Whats the worst that can happen on the frist offence. We want to ask the judege for counceling together.

You should be contacting the local prosecutor(s) assiged to each of your cases. Only they can decide at the preliminary stages whether charges can (and should ) be dropped.
