Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
i have a class u 18.2-95 felony charge pending but i am a first time offender do you recommend pleading guilty and what are the punishments for it

I recommend that you engage the services of a competent criminal defense counsel in the area
of the court in which you've been charged to represent you in what is manifestly a serious charge.
And, if you are financially unable to hire such an attorney on your own, then you should ask
the court to appoint one to represent you in this matter.
(And, FYI, pleading guilty to any felony charge should be your option of very last resort.)
