Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
A class u felony embezzlement charge was made against my boyfriend, he is currently serving a sentence out for felony credit card fraud in Prince William County ADC. The person who did the embezzlement was a co worker of his, he got a lesser charge misdemeanor and plead guilty. What are his possible avenues, his current time is up in May 2011?

Possible avenues--for what? If your boyfriend has been convicted and no appeal
taken, it's over for him--except for the remaining time he must serve.
