This means unclassified felony. The penalty is listed in the code itself. Looks like a larceny charge. What will happen depends on how skillful your lawyer is. Outcomes range from dismissal to dismissal after probation to reduction to a misdemeanor to conviction for a felony. The penalty can involve significant jail time.
