i had d 2 felonies in 1999,2000 an took a guilty plea can this be remove off my record? the felonies was for worthless check.

No, the record of your felony conviction in Virginia cannot be removed from your record unless you can prove that you were wrongfully convicted and have received a pardon from the governor. (Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
