What is clemancy
I have 7 counts of obtaining drugs by fraud which ended in being misdimeaners. Am I able to get a pardon or expungement,? Or is there something else that can be done to get this off my record. I've never been in trouble before this happened.

You may be eligible for expungement of the misdemeanor convictions under Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2(F), but you should consult with a Virginia criminal law practitioner for further advice on the matter.
