Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
second cocaine possession charge
My friend was ruled to be guilty of h is 2nd pwid charge, the last one was in 1996 and he went off papers in 2001. the system has not been good to him i beleive because he caused a lot of rucus in the police department with internal affairs, complaints, and things of that nature, and he has unfortunately been denied every bond and every supression hearing thus far...how much time could he expect to recieve.

Better ask his lawyer who should know all of the variables that could factor into answering that question far better than anyone in this forum.
