Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Concealment of Merchandise
Hi, I have two questions. I was wondering what the odds are of getting a charge of Concealment of Merchandise would be, I have a clean criminal record, not evening a traffic ticket. This is my first offense, and I cannot afford a lawyer either, I have a court date for Feb 27. Also, How do I go about getting a state appointed lawyer?
Thank you very much.

Go to the clerk's office in the court where you were charged and tell the clerk that you want a judge to appoint a lawyer to represent you.
