concurrent sentence
what type of an attorney do I need to contact who can file the necessary petitions to a state circuit judge to get him/her to run a sentence handed down by that court concurrent with another sentence being served that was given by another judge/circuit cout?

Probably, the last attorney who represented you (assuming you're the one serving the sentence for the prior conviction)is the one whom you should
contact to have this particular motion filed in your behalf.
